Abdelilah Kadili

          Abdelilah Kadili is Program Director for Peacebuilding and the Rule of Law at the CHR, coordinating and overseeing all projects for 1988 Laureate Gibson Kamau Kuria of Kenya and 1999 Laureate Archbishop Michael Kpakala Francis of Liberia.  

He has spent more than two decades in service with the Moroccan government, the Ministry of Administrative Affairs, the Royal Archives, the Ministry of Housing and provided consulting services on a continental level on the structuring of public administrations, the creation of national public administration schools and civil servants education and on the job training. 

He has worked and traveled extensively in Africa , Europe , Asia and the Middle East , has worked and contributed to many projects aimed at reforming and modernizing the public sector and taught management and political marketing courses and seminars for more than five years.  

He holds an LLB from Mohamed Fifth University in Morocco , a Masters in Management degree from the Cycle Supérieur de Gestion, Institut Supérieur de Gestion et d’Administration des Entreprises in Morocco , an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh , and an LLM from Howard University School of Law.  

Abdelilah Kadili is also fluent in French and Arabic.
