"Mr. Yoshiro Mori, President of the Japan Water Forum, became the President of the APWF." The Governing Council held a formal meeting and adopted a resolution by consensus to invite Mr. Yoshiro Mori, President of Japan Water Forum, to become the President of the Asia-Pacific Water Forum as of October 31, 2006. Mr. Mori's presidency officially began when he accepted this position on November 7, 2006. |
